Helping One Who Has Helped So Many

Donation protected
“It is an aggressive, grade two, adenocarcinoma.” That was the devastating news that our dear friend, Bridgette Sullenger, heard after surgery on July 14, 2017. She also learned that, after recovery from this surgery, she will be scheduled for a second surgery, and possible chemotherapy and radiation.

Bridgette is a person whose life has been devoted to helping others. She has served as a nurse, a parish minister, a hospice clergy and presently a dedicated professor for undergraduate students and professional nursing students at two campus locations.

Bridgette is a single mother with a sixteen-year-old daughter and fourteen-year-old son. She works hard but will have no income during this time of surgery, recovery from which will be a minimum of eight weeks, followed by likely months of followup treatments. But the costs of living will go on:

1. Medical bills

2. Mortgage payments

3. Ongoing daily needs

4. Travel for treatments

These are the ways your donation will be used. No gift is too small. Thank you for reading and caring. Whether you give a donation or not, prayers are appreciated.

Bridgette is one who has helped so many. Please help in her time of need.
