Helping my in-laws who lost everything

On September 9th my mother in law lost her home in the Almeda fires. Her entire mobile home park was destroyed in the fires. Sadly her mobile home was not insured as she had just lost her job. When the evacuation order came all her and her wife were able to do was grab some clothes. She lost everything except the clothes she was able to grab. She is a proud woman who usually doesn't ask for help, but in this case she has no other options. Anything would be greatly appreciated in this time of need.
