Helping my daughter get a safe car!

My daughter is a single mother of three children. She is trying to get off welfare and has a job, but at this time she is driving a car that is very unsafe. It has no exhaust system, bald tires, windows that won't roll down and it overheats. The car is old and not worth putting this much money into it. She needs a safe, reliable car to drive for her family especially with winter coming. But she is unable to get financing at this time. If anyone would like to help it would be greatly appreciated.
