Battling Omar’s Case

Im raising this money today because my Older brother Omar is being deported. My name is Hali, his younger sister who has been the right hand and the next Oldest household helper to my mom.  My brother has been in the US since my mom held him at 7 months leaving somalia because of all the killing and hurt that was going there. She came here for a better future and a difference for us all. Lets be honest we all have kids who are all hard of listening sometimes when all they need is a push. He gets l wrongly convicted of Assault from another muslim man who wanted to touch him sexually in a public area and he defended himself. Instead the state of maine saw it differently. The family has paid a lawyer 7,000 all together with two appeals that was both denied. They said its all based on politics and the ones in government which knowing he is a muslim and colored man whose green card has expired while being held in jail for 3 years for a fight that was self defense.  My brother is now 25 with two kids whom cant be with their dad  or see because they want to send him back. As muslims as colored we know the government see us as different. We can only say “Alhamdulilah” (thanks to God). Everything happens for a reason. All I want is your help , to get my brother somewhere safe. After 30 days of the denial he will recieve a depature letter letting him know he will be going to somalia Mogadish. He struggles with somali language already so trying to make life in somalia with all the killing and bombing its hardest thing to get by. We are trying to raise this money so he can have food to eat , transportation, clothing, phone to be reached to and from for safety . We are also trying to get him a temporary hotel in Somalia till we  can get him in Mombasa, Kenya and get him permanent living situation , as  well as contacting the Somalia Embassy to start a process for a visa so he can go to Mombasa, Kenya. Please help me help him get there safe.
