Helping My Brother, Josh

My brother had recently purchased a new vehicle and moved to a new job he was excited about. He had been paying back recent debts and making great personal strides. Things were looking up.
    Then his luck turned. 
    He recently was in an accident that totaled his new vehicle and will put him out of work. Neither of us being men of means, this loss of revenue and newly purchased vehicle has the potential to be a crippling financial burden. Add in medical bills and increased insurance costs and my brother may have a very uncertain fiscal future.
      I want to help my brother get back on his feet and I know he may be too proud to ask for charity, but I'm not. I know he took a major loss because his insurance plan did not include coverage on his vehicle. The other person was compensated, but Josh won't have anything but the scrap money now. 
      He's been doing so much right in his life I just want to help him when he needs it most. He has people that depend on him now and he has been doing his best. I just want to show him people do care and do want to help and that we, myself, and you can see and recognize the good he has done and will continue to strive for, and reward him when he'll need it the most.
      Ultimately, what this money is used for is up to Josh. My bet is he'll invest most of it into a new car and use some to pay some bills he may not have been able to pay in a timely fashion due to the loss of working revenue. It'll be a holdover and a building block to get him back where he deserves to be, on steady footing. Any way it is used I'm sure will be constructive and restorative to his life. 
      Stuff like this, over a period of time, can really wear someone down. I just want to give him a tie or a win, anything but another loss. I just want to help him.
