Hi everyone my name is Alba Reyes, We are fundraising for our  friend Maria Velez.. In February 13, 2023 Maria had seizure which she had no idea what it was. She called her kids father because she was alone, he called the ambulance, She got to the hospital everything was good they thought she had a panic attack, Then a few minutes before they were going to release her, she had another seizure, she had a CT scan done and they find out she had a tumor and 2 cyst in her brain.
 She was having seizures because the tumor and the cysts were causing inflammation.  2 days later she had surgery. Thank god they were able to removed everything. Now the question was, was the tumor cancerous.  After a long wait for the pathology to get back we find out it was cancerous. A cancer called Astrocytoma grade 3. Tough day for her and her family.  She started radiation and chemo on April 11,2023. She’s trying best to stay strong for her and her kids.  Your donation will be used to help keep the family household, home bills, food, gas, copays and anything Maria needs during this difficult time.
