Helping Jesi & Payton Arter

Losing a loved one is always hard. Jesi and 5 month old Payton lost their husband/daddy, JR, the day after Christmas.  A lot of people have asked how they can help, so we decided to put this together for Jesi and Miss Payton Mae. This is to help with funeral costs, neccessities for Payton and just helping them get through this really tough and unexpected tragedy. 
JR started as a volunteer fireman at the age of 14 in Buchanan Valley, PA. He then joined the Loudoun County Fire Department, as a full time fireman. He dedicated his life, as do all firefighters, to the safety of others. He was a dedicated and loving husband and father.
