Dear friends, I had an unfortunate fall last week due to fatigue. I injured my head, left elbow and left shoulder. I've been hospitalized. Luckily, CT imaging tests showed no damage to my head or spine. However, I suffered severe Acromioclavicular Separation (AS). Also, often called AC or shoulder separation. My shoulder and collarbone came apart because the ligaments that hold bones in place where torn and stretched. It will take 6 to 8 weeks to heal. I’ve been in constant pain. My whole left arm is restrained and immobilized. I have to wear a sling at all times. All this takes an immense toll on my physical and mental health.  
     During two-month recovery time, I'm unable to work and in need of financial help during this hardship. As many of you know I'm a kind, strong, compassionate person and a single father of one. Any donations gathered will go towards my daughter's college education, rent, utilities, medical bills, food and other basic necessities that I've been able to effectively provide - until now.
