Helping Hands for Terri Provancher

As you’ve seen, when one of our colleagues needs us, one thing that they can count on is all of us coming together to do what we can to help. Another one of these situations has unfortunately arisen, so we are launching a Helping Hands Campaign to show our support.

Terri Provancher, an Inbound agent based in Chattanooga, suffered an immeasurable loss this month in the midst of her own medical problems. Terri, who has been with HomeServe since 2017, has had multiple medical scares this year and is currently out on medical leave so she can heal and get better. Tragically, this month, her husband of 23 years, Tony, went in for a routine surgery and unexpectedly passed during the procedure.

Here’s where we come in. The road to heal from this tragic loss along with her own health challenges will be difficult for Terri, not to mention without her partner and additional household income. So, we are launching a GoFundMe campaign for all of our HomeServe colleagues to donate. Afterwards, the HomeServe Cares Foundation will match employees’ donations at 100% to help cushion the impact for Terri and her family.

Any amount you can donate will be greatly appreciated, and our thoughts are with Terri during this difficult time.
