Helping grandpa home

My grandpa is currently on hospice an they have given him hours maybe days left with us. He never set up a life insurance policy an we have now run out of time. I have called every cremation service an the cheapest place i have found is 1583.00 exact. An they ask that after passing within 24 to 48 hours we fill out the forms an pay. They cant take payment plans an i just dont have the funds. I have been a single mother an have been caring for my grandparent for 8 years. In 2016 my grandma passed. I want the best possible out come but again i dont have the funds to make this any easier. Anything anyone can help with i would greatly appreciate. An if you would feel more comfortable sending/donating directly to the cremation service. I believe you can do that too. It will be cremation society of madison.
