Helping Gizmo Get Vet Care

This is a dog that lives down the road from me. His owner walks him up by my house with no leash he’s so well behaved.  But, he is never clean and he's never groomed. I walked out and seen him walking with him. I asked him what's wrong with Gizmo?   He said oh it’s just  allergies.  I said that's not allergies.   He was scratching himself so much it was so hard fore me to watch....Poor baby.   I asked him if he took him to the vet and he said yes three years ago. This dog was so miserable he was crying and whining.   He barely could walk without crying and shaking his head.  You can see he is in pain and so miserable.  He said he just can not afford to take him to the vet.  I need to help this poor dog some how some way.   I asked him if it would be OK if I could get him some help via donations and he said he would be willing to allow someone to help him.  This man is old and he's poor and I know he does love his dog, but he needs our help.  This poor baby needs vet care ASAP and I do not have the money right now to do it all by myself.  I don't want to separate them.  Please consider donating even if it’s just $5.00.  I and a few friends will be taking him to see a vet but money is what we need so we can get Gizmo feeling better.  I truly appreciate your help.  Thank you!
