Helping folks at Christmas

We have been fundraising to help kids at Christmas the past 2 years.
We are into year 3 now and going to do this a little
differently. We are aiming to raise $7000.
We want to raise $5000 for our on air donation to help
kids in need at Christmas. CTV along with the Salvation army gives this money to families in need at Christmas.
The other $2000 we want to buy Christmas dinner for
those who do not have a Christmas meal. There is an
organization in Halifax that provides a hot meal to
families and individuals at Chrismtas for $3.11 each.
That is a full hot meal.
$2000 will buy dinner for 643 people.
That is INCREDIBLE!
The telethon is on Dec 1st and we want to bring the rest to Souls Harbour closer to Christmas.
