Helping family relief of financial distress

Hi, my name is Teresa and I’m helping fundraising for 16 Caden!

Staring April 2022 he was feeling well, went to dr and did COVID test, no covid must be virus! May comes along and he says he has diarrhea, what mom didn’t know it was all blood!

went to dr again, did bloodwork! Dr called said take Caden straight to Peyton manning hospital, a team of drs was waiting on him, they were amazed he was even walking, considering his hemoglobin was 3 it’s should be 13-17 after 6 blood transfusions, he experienced blood clots went to heart and brain, had strokes and than even had a heart attack! They found out he has ulcerative colitis, was in and out of hospitals , tried countless med 6 more blood transfusions & many iron infusions. Nothing Worked!

Caden is now on step 1 of 3 surgeries, 1st on took 3 1/2 hours took colon, wearing illeostomy bag!

2nd one will be 4 hours they will take large intestine and anis, will make new anis out of intestine. New bag!!

3rd one is about an hour, they will take bag off & connect small intestine, new anus that was made!

Will keep you posted on how he continues through this journey! Wanting to really help Mom out to ease the stress of the time she’s taken off work so she can better focus on his recovery through surgery! They have always been a very giving family and want to help them they way they have helped others! Appreciate anything you can give!
