NEED HELP IN HEALTH CRISIS

*I'm suffering with "24/7 Headaches and Neck Pain" caused from an accident and a work injury. My brain hurts, my ears buzz and I occasionally get dizzy. The best way to describe it is when you get a terrible headache, THIS IS MY LIFE, every minute of every single day! The only reprieve I get is when I sleep and that's only because I'm not awake to feel the pain. I did Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy when the Bureau of Workmen's Compensation would allow to pay for it but that only lasted about a year. Last year they refused any Treatment but kept me off work. This didn't make any sense because the Treatment really helped.

I've been off work without pay since October of 2022. I decided to try Substitute Teaching in April of this year. I absolutely love this! But some days I can't even do this due to the horrific pain. There are still Bills to be paid and I can't endure. They are even trying to take away my current Insurance. I will have no way to pay for my upcoming Physician and Neurology appointments to get further Treatment, along with expensive medications that help with the head and neck pain. I'm a kind and compassionate person and have been a Caretaker my entire Life, working as an STNA. There is Treatment available that can aid in the assistance of reducing this head/neck pain so I can try to live a normal, low to no pain-free life.
