Helping black people with leukaemia
The ACLT is a leading blood cancer charity, founded in 1996 by Beverley De-Gale OBE and Orin Lewis OBE, parents of former leukaemia sufferer Daniel De-Gale who was the 1st Black Britain to receive an un-related stem cell transplant in the UK. We raise awareness on stem cell (bone marrow), blood and organ donation across all races and committed to providing hope to patients living with a blood cancer, blood or organ disorder where a matched donor is required to save a life.
