Helping Alba’s Health

Alba, a loving wife, mother, & grandmother, is a strong woman beating a 2 year battle with breast cancer. She is still currently battling a plethora of bodily ailments, including Crohn’s disease, multiple myeloma, fibromyalgia, and multiple sclerosis. Her latest battle, (and what this gofundme is for), is for her eyesight.
She has been diagnosed with cataracts and myopia, a condition in which her eyesight is quickly failing. She can’t focus, and her vision is blurry. Her eyes are so sensitive to the smallest amount of light, that she has to wear sunglasses even while indoors. Due to her current ailments, she is not able to work, therefore we are raising money for cataract surgery to restore her vision.
The surgery requires removing the Cataracs prior to operating behind the eye to correct this issue. Then the surgeon will implant a permanent bifocal lens, called Acrysof IQ Toric IOL, into her eyes to replace the clouded lens, and allow her vision to return.
