Helping a single mom after surgery

My dear friend Victoria has been facing some financial challenges due to the medical issues of tethered spinal cord syndrome. She has finally saved up to have her Spinal tether cord surgery. Tethered spinal cord syndrome is a neurologic disorder caused by tissue attachments that limit the movement of the spinal cord within the spinal column. These attachments cause an abnormal stretching of the spinal cord. So they had to go in to cut this spinal cord so that her spine can slowly heal and start letting her arms legs and hips all move freely without pain. 
 With being a single parent her pto has been used for caring for her 5 year old son. So I'm asking everyone as a community, friends , and family to come together and help support her any way we can. With her recovery being difficult so far and her job is only offering unpaid time off it's been very difficult keeping up with bills and essentials for her and her son.
