Helping a local Veteran: East Fishkill

Hello East Fishkill Community! 

Over the past couple months, members of the American Legion Post 1758 have been working with an East Fishkill Vietnam Veteran who is in the hospital & his home is in disrepair.

Phase 1:
We, along with Metzger Construction, have hauled away numerous loads of material from the property. 

The next phase of this project will provide structural improvements to the home, such as the roof. For a successful completion of this phase, we will need additional help from the community.

Volunteers are needed and welcome!! Renovations will take place on Saturday, September 7th.
