<div>Have you ever met someone who just makes the world better by being in it? Someone who faces the hardest challenges and doesn't just get through them—they keep showing up for everyone around them, keeping their sense of humor, and somehow making everyone feel stronger?
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That's our friend.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>For the past few years, Maya has been battling cancer.</strong> And honestly, the way she's handled it has been remarkable. She hasn't let it define her or slow her down. Through treatments and tough days, she's kept laughing, kept her spirits up, and kept being there for the people she cares about. She's shown all of us what real strength looks like—not pretending things don't hurt, but moving forward anyway.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>What makes her special is that she's not just surviving; <strong>she's living</strong>. She's still the person who lifts others up, finds joy, and reminds us of our own strength. <strong>She ran a half marathon, and then a FULL marathon, while undergoing cancer treatment. Let that sink in!</strong>

<div><br />
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>That's the example she sets every single day. And that's why she matters so much to all of us.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>But here's what most people don't see behind the scenes: cancer is a 0-1 game. One day everything's normal; the next, everything changes. <strong>When you're fighting a battle this hard, every ounce of energy needs to go toward healing. Yet, patients face another brutal fight: the financial one.</strong> Medical bills keep coming, and the stress of costs becomes another crushing weight to carry. No one should have to battle cancer and their finances at the same time.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>After years of treatment, the costs have become overwhelming. This fundraiser exists to ease that burden</strong>—so she can stop worrying about money and start focusing on recovery and hope.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>She's already shown us her strength. Now let's give her the space to truly heal.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>If her story moves you, consider donating or sharing. Let her know she doesn't have to do this alone. Because at the end of the day, that's what this is about—reminding her that she's loved, that she's supported, and that she has people in her corner. Help her step forward with hope and without the weight of financial stress holding her back.
