Helping a family through cancer

This campaign has been established to support a family who are living through unspeakable stress. Eva, a mom of 2, is now living through her third diagnosis of cancer, this time leukemia, necessitating her to have yet a second bone marrow transplant. The entire family has had to leave their life in Sudbury in order to be with their wife and mother in Ottawa. Understandably, without two steady salaries (Karl, the father has been unable to access EI, due to administrative delays and Eva is only receiving 65% of her salary), and the expenses of maintaining a home in Sudbury and a temporary apartment in Ottawa, money is just not there.

Physically, Eva is fighting hard, but has had some serious complications along the way. Because Eva has been in isolation for the past many weeks her kids have been unable to see their Mom and can only imagine what is happening inside those hospital walls.

100% of this money will go directly to the family in order to  support their day-to-day expenses and alleviate some of their stress.  Anything that you are able to offer is very much appreciated.
