Help a disable student to finish her study

Hi, I was born with a vision impairment condition called Congenital nystagmus. I graduated high school in Korea and came with my mom to study in Australia on 2017. After a year, my mom left me with a man from that I endeavour myself to find a job and ask for help to friends as well but non of them is serious about my situation and doesn't give any support as well and because of my condition no one give chance to work no matter how I explain to people that I can do anything except driving a car. At night I cant walk around by myself as my eyesight gets much worse during the night because its too dark. Most of jobs in restaurant finish at night or midnight and cafe or other place only want people with experiences I never get to have any chance at all until now. Non profit organisations told me they cant help me out due to visa type student visa.  I have only one semester left to get my bachelor's degree and this is very crucial for my future. I need money to pay my tuition fee and rent for a year.  I will appreciate for helping me to achieve this goal. Thanks.
