For those of you wondering, Coco is a chunky little Frenchie my brothers and I brought home for my mom 3 years ago. She is the snuggliest and happiest fur baby ever. Her company has had a great impact on my mom’s life and emotional well-being.
Coco, being Coco, snuck out of my mom’s room last night so she could snuggle with my brother who was visiting for the weekend. Unfortunately, her little meatloaf body was unable to clear the bed and she rolled off, catching her foot in the bed frame causing her to break her teeny tiny back leg. She knows she’s not allowed on the bed, but she couldn’t help herself! She just has TOO MUCH LOVE TO GIVE.
Coco’s surgery is going to cost around $6K. It’s a pretty serious fracture because she’ll need to have a rod put into her leg. Sadly, pet insurance doesn’t cover a lot of Frenchie ailments. This is a lot of money for my mom to shell out all at once and if I wasn’t already broke a/h I would give her all the monies! So I’m hoping to raise even just a little to help ease the load. If you can spare a few extra bucks, it would mean a lot to me. I don’t care if you gave me a $1, I will take it!
My mom doesn’t have social media so she doesn’t know about this effort, and we'd like to keep it that way. Anyone that chats with her, if you could be so kind, please don’t mention this GoFundMe, because she will probably make me take this down!
