Help for Henna

My grand puppy .. Sweet 7 MONTH OLD Henna , has been diagnosed with severe HIP DYSPLASIA and is in need of 2 surgeries to replace one hip and repair the other . The total cost of the operations will be $13,000 . For a young couple just starting out , this amount is extremely  frightening , but unquestionably necessary as this is their "little girl".
