Help Dena Fight Breast Cancer

At 37-years young, Dena was diagnosed with breast cancer.

The daughter of Rick and Sharyl Sletten of Fergus Falls, Minnesota and a 1999 graduate of Fergus Falls High School, Dena works as a nurse near San Francisco, California.

While doctors continue to determine the best course of treatment for Dena, she may undergo chemotherapy which would make it difficult to cover her $1,000 a month medical insurance premiums, medical co-pays and living costs as a single woman.

Additionally, Dena is considering harvesting her eggs prior to treatment, a cost not covered by insurance.
