Costa Rica damaged by Nate Storm

The Association of Costa Ricans in Washington State is asking for donations to help thousands of people affected in Costa Rica by tropical storm Nate. The storm has caused several deaths and significant property damage. As a result of landslides and flooding, lives have been lost, families have been displaced from their homes, roads and bridges have been washed-away, animals have been killed and property has been damaged. The funds collected will be transferred directly to the Costa Rican Red Cross account in Costa Rica (Cruz Roja Costarricense). Please consider donating any amount, as together we can make a difference for these people in need at this time. The Funds will be transferred via wire to the Red Cross of Costa Rica
Your withdrawal plan to get the funds from the campaign to the ultimate beneficiary/ies
With the agreement of the board of directors from The Costa Rican Association in Washington I am transferring the funds to my cheching account and then will transfer the funds to The Costa Rican Association in Washing bank account directly.
La Asociación Costarricense en el Estado de Washington solicita su donación para ayudar a la Cruz Roja Costarricense y dar apoyo a los afectados por la tormenta tropical Nate. Tristemente, han sucedido derrumbes, inundaciones, se han perdido varias vidas, y muchas familias han sido desplazadas de sus casas. Muchas carreteras y puentes se han dañado, y una de las carreteras más importantes que conecta al Sur ha sido destruida. Los fondos serán enviados directamente a la Cruz Roja Costarricense.
