Hi! I'm Joel. I live in Saratoga Springs, Utah. My friend Valter Cogo was unemployed for over a year, not being able to properly support his family. He recenlty received a job offer which will significatly improve his family's quality of life. The job opportunity is in Salt Lake City, Utah, and he currently lives in Sao Paulo, Brazil. That's why we're seeking your help to raise $7,500 to help pay for the airplane tickets and visas for his whole family.
Please help the Cogo family improve their situation by making a pledge. You will not be charged unless we raise $7,500 in pledges. Unless we raise that amount, Valter and his family will not get any of these much needed funds. Valter prefered it this way. He's only interested in people helping his family take advantage of this job opportunity.

My name is Valter Cogo. I was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil. I became unemployed for more than a year. A few weeks ago, I got a job as a recepcionist but we still don't make nearly enough to pay our monthly bills and support our family.
My friend recently extended me a job offer. He also offered to help us with housing for a few months. My wife will also be employed part-time. He needs me to relocate for the job before April, 2015.
I tried raising the money with my extended family, but they are not doing well financially. I see this as an oportunity to change my family life. So I am here to ask if you could help me raise that money. I know it's a lot of money but after all these years going through hard times, I see in this opportunity a way to finally change my family's life.
My Relationship to Valter Cogo:
Valter Cogo and I served together in an LDS mission, the Utah-Salt Lake City Mission around 2003-2005. He was a great missionary and was great at cheering others on. He recently reached out to the his mission friends for some help, and I thought I would create this page to help him raise the funds to better his family situation.
