On Friday, July 28th, 2017 my Father Memo (Guillermo Ibarra) was unfortunately taken from us too soon at the age of 38. He is survived by my Mom (Wife – Yesenia), 3 daughters (Jasmine, Mia, Isabella) and 2 sons (Sebastian, and Memito). He was an amazing Dad, Husband, Son, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, and Friend.
Everyone knows that he had a great charm to win your heart over instantly. He was genuinely affectionate, his stories were entertaining, and his smile was contagious. He loved being around family & friends and looked forward to all gatherings. I always admired how he loved to contact his family and friends on a daily basis. No matter if he was 1 block away for 1,000 miles away, he always called to check up on everyone and ended his calls with “I love you and miss you”. Dad, I love you and I miss you too!
We are asking for donations to bring his body from Mexico to Chicago. Any little amount will go a long way. He had been dreaming of the day he would come back to Chicago and to see us together again. With your support, we will be able to grant his wish and give him a proper service to show our respect and love.
