Help Brian Get On Track

Donation protected
Hello, my name is Patricia Dominey, Brian Dominey's mom. As most of you know, my son has been battling a rare neurological disorder for the past seven years. Family, friends, acquaintances, and even people that have never met Brian have lifted him up in prayer and supported him and his family financially through it all. Brian is so appreciative of everything that everyone has done, as well as me.

In January 2013 you helped Brian raise the funds for an electric ceiling hoist. This has been a real life saver and has helped his dad, since his dad has been the primary person for all his lifting needs. Melvin (Brian's dad) has lifted Brian over 5,000 times in the last six years, since Brian has been unable to walk. Melvin continues to help Brian with his bathroom needs and putting him in the shower. Melvin will be 72 years old this year. So, Brian feels like it would be wise to have a back-up plan. The existing hoist and track are limited to Brian's bedroom only (see picture below). He would like to extend the existing track to the bathroom and into the shower.

The company that installed the track is called SureHands. We have contacted a representative from the company, and he came out and gave us a quote for extending the track from the bedroom to the shower. This involves some remodeling in order to clear the path for the track. We have a friend of the family that will be doing the remodeling, which cuts down on the cost significantly. The quote for the track extension is here for your view (click here for quote).

As Brian's mom, I would like to make this clear. I know that God is going to manifest healing in Brian's body on this earth. God has made him a promise, and He will perform it. Until that moment in time comes, we have to occupy and do all that we can do until then.

We are asking you to prayerfully consider making a donation of any amount to go toward helping Brian and his caregivers. We would like to raise this money as quickly as possible. Once the money is raised, SureHands will come out and start the process. It will take about two days to complete. We will take pictures and keep you up to date on the progress of the installation.

The process of donating is simple and secure. Simply click on the donate button and follow the prompts. It takes less than a minute. You can also donate by check and mail to Brian Dominey, 287 Mill Stone Lane, North Augusta, SC 29860.

I would like to personally thank everyone in advance for your prayers and donations. I know Brian is grateful as well.

Thank you and God bless you!

Sincerely,

Patricia Dominey
