This campaign is asking for help, something my mom (Mary) needed and now I need more then ever. I truly believe that we can make the goal. Please feel free to share this link with anyone who knew Mary or Brent and wants to help her son have a good life.
My mom Mary Robbins was the most important person in the world to me. I am so thankful that god gave her to me as a mom and I got to spend so much time with her. She was truly an angel on earth and I will treasure every memory and moment I had with her. I know that she is in Heaven looking down on all of us and her wish was for everyone to be happy. She always cared about other people and wanted to make sure that they enjoyed their day.
She was an optimist that chose to look at the good. I learned a lot from her and for that I am truly greatful. Words cannot express the pain of loosing my best friend. I am not sure if I will ever get over it. However I know my mom would want me to be in a good financial position if she was not here. She always told me "Brent god forbid anything happens to me". Anyways with your help I can start paying bills that are very important, and getting things done that need to be done. I have a long road ahead of me, however I know with god on my side everything will be fine. I just want to flourish the way my mom wanted me to. With a good start I know that is inevitable. Please know that whatever you choose to contribute will help me immensly get off to a good start.
Since early 2010 my mom had been diagnosed with breast cancer which was stage 3. She figured that she could just keep working and might not even have to get surgery. Well she had no choice, she had to get the tumor removed to save her life. This is when the toughest journey of her life and my life truly began. My mom was the strongest woman I have known. She has overcome cancer not once, but twice! From chemotherapy treatments, radiation treatment, tumor removal, surgeries, to medications and years of pain, she was STILL able to smile through it all and be the strong backbone and support system to our family.
She was such a brave person. She told all of us she was fine and not to worry. She was very spiritual and always lived her life for god. Always telling me that life on earth was only temporary and very short and that are life in heaven was eternal life. She said that this was just preparation to get into heaven. I know she is there right now and is looking after all of her loved ones. She was such a nice person she never asked anyone for anything even when she had nothing. She was the type of person who would buy me clothes when she had no clothes to wear herself. She tought me to never worry about anything and to trust in god and Jesus our lord and savior. Although I am very sad that she is no longer with me I do feel like she taught me how to be a better person and live a normal life.
In leu of flowers at the funeral I am asking for donations to help get me off to a good start. There are many bills that need to be paid. However most of all I just need help. My mom had a lot of friends and I know that everyone would like to help. I do want to reach the goal of the campaign and possibly start my own business, obviously I am going to take one thing at a time. I just need to be in a better position and any contribution will help me more then ever. So I am asking; please help me during the most difficult time of my life. I am going to start working as soon as possible and I know I am going to do well. Lets make my mom proud!
