Brant's Medical Expenses

Brant Demattei is a husband, father, friend, and Sonoma local. Brant is a landscaper by trade but has been caretaking a 40-acre ranch in Diamond A in Sonoma for the last 5 years. Brant enjoys fishing, playing horseshoes and darts with his son, JT, and spending time with his family and friends.

Brant became sick in early November and was soon after diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. It was terrible news but as a family we have come together to support Brant any way that we can.  Brant has started chemotherapy to attempt to shrink the tumor, located on the head of the pancreas.  The tumor has to be shrunk before removal can be attempted. Brant is seeking treatment in Sacramento, as well as locally.  Brant has experienced tremendous pain, weight loss, and lack of energy.

As you can imagine the medical bills alone have been astronomical! Due to the pain, weight loss, and lack of energy Brant has been out of work since early November and his loving wife, Sharon, and son, JT, have had to take time out of their busy work schedules to take him to his many appointments.  Brant is unable to work because of his cancer and Sharon is not working as much as she had been.  Our main concern in getting Brant healthy again and fighting his cancer. 

This go fund me account was set up to hopefully financially help with some of Brant's medical expenses, hotel stays for treatment, gas expenses, household expenses, treatment that is not covered by his insurance, and anything else that comes up along the way.
