Help Bella With Surgery

As most of you know, Bella is my 4 year old mini dachshund, who absolutely means the world to me. I would do anything to help her feel better!
One day, out of nowhere, my bright-eyed, full of energy doxie became quite the opposite. She stopped playing, she stopped jumping (wouldn't even put her paws up on the sofa to be picked up), and within a few days she wasn't able to use her hind legs very well.
Bella is going to need an MRI, a neurosurgeon consult & possibly surgery. Through out the years I have had to take Bella to the emergency vet a handful of times. Each time it put a strain on me, but I was happy to do whatever was needed to help her feel better. This time is no different, except for the severity of her pain & high cost. I know the goal is high, but I am anticipating surgery & want to be as prepared as possible. I was recommended here by a fellow doxie mom who went through something very similar. ***Edit 9/10*** Took her to Veterinary Surgical Referral Practice for the consult. The neurosurgeon highly recommended an MRI because she was already partially paralyzed in her hind legs. Prognosis is looking very good for her. Praying for no surgery, but only the MRI will tell. She has it first thing in the morning.

***Edit 9/12*** We received the results of Bella's MRI a little after 3pm this afternoon. Bella has a large herniated disk in her back with a bulging one right next to it. She will have to have surgery tomorrow to fix the areas. Her prognosis is very good! She should make a full recovery and be walking in no time. Please keep her in your thoughts & prayers.
