Stage 4 Cancer Patient in Dire Need

Friends, we are at the end of the rope and the knot is not holding. We got two letters today in the mail that were major blows. One from our mortgage company saying our loan is in default. With John still on unemployment, we couldn't pay last month or this month's mortgage. Luckily we just paid last month, but don't have the funds to pay for this month. I've applied to every cancer grant aid that could help but no help yet. Hoping that will change. We tried to re-finance, but that isn't an option because John isn't working. The second letter was telling John that since he hasn't worked the amount of hours needed to keep our health insurance, it will end on 10/31/15. We will have to go on Cobra which costs about $1000.00 a month. With only unemployment and the few sales I am able to make, that doesn't cover basic bills, mortgage, food, or medical bills. We've never been this low...never. At this point I'm at a loss because if we lose health insurance, we can't afford to pay my medical and drug bills. The one drug, that is actually chemo not a maintenance drug, is $10,000.00 a month and without it the cancer could come back... Sorry but I can't type what that means to me because it scares the hell out of me.
