Help Arbutus Music Academy move!

Arbutus Music Academy has been a hidden secret for many years: great teaching, but a hard-to-find location. Our families have trusted us with their children's’ instrumental music education, and word of mouth has helped spread our reputation as a top music school in the city of Vancouver. But construction in our current location means it is time for a move! We have found a  bright and cozy space in Point Grey neighbourhood with a welcoming on-street location and would like to call it home, but we need your help: renovations will include creating separate teaching studios with good soundproofing and  updating electrical and flooring. We have been working  with an architect and a contractor and have plans in place to apply for building permits and start the renovation in January 2018.

Our projected cost is:

$45,000 for construction, permits and architect’s fees.

At this moment we are about $5000 short of that number. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Help us to make music part of more children’s lives!
