Is it illegal for your landlord to turn off your water during a pandemic?  I have lived in this house since October 13, 2019. Next month would have been a year. I like this house. Its affordable. Every mobth for this year I have paid my rent sometime before it was due.  Because his girlfriend is a friend i dint have to pay a security deposit. Evwry month i paid my rent and every month the ceiling leaked in kitchen and bedroom. Soaking my bed, rugs, etc. Every month I was told it would be fixed. The city has even came took pictures n left to letters. Still nothing. On September 13, 2020 i did not pay rent when he came on September 17, 2020 he told me to pay or get out. The kitchen ceiling is covered in mold. The plastic has fallen in hole from so much rain. Today September 23, 2020 he cut my water off because I have not paid rent. Mind u i have not missed a payment during the whole pandemic. Was late one month. During the middle he cuts the water off cause he doesnt want to fix the roof. Is fair because i dint pay a deposit im asking for help to get out of thos man ghb ouse immediately. I told him i would be out by first.  Any support is greatly appreciated.
