Help alexia walk

Donation protected
Alexia rose was born at 28weeks and 2days. We spent just under 2 months in scbu (special care baby unit) and over the last year have been in and out of hospital. Alexia is under lots of consultants  after being confirmed with quadriplegic spastic cerebral palsy at 8 months old.  Alexia is nearly 2 and a half years old and has next to no control over her arms or legs she is unable to sit up unaided, crawl, feed herself, play with toys, walk on her feet, balance, she has no coordination, her eyes have a stigmatism which affects her sight and what she can see, the list is endless. Alexia can't have the sdr operation on the nhs as although they've started funding it, its not funded for children like Alexia with cerebral palsy in their arms and legs. We have managed to raise enough money for a hydrotherapy pool for alexia which is going to make a huge difference to not only her core strength but her pain she gets from muscle spasms every single night and will also help with her movement. She currently has weekly physio which comes at quite a cost but we are trying to help alexia to build as much core strength as possible to get her prepared to the best of her ability for the sdr operation.
without the operation alexia will be wheelchair bound forever.
The operation also comes at quite a cost....the actual operation ranges between £29650 and £38493 this includes physio, professional fees, hospital charges, all patients are required for 3 weeks intense physio before being discharged to return home. Then once home the physio ranges between £25000-28000 but will need to speak to private physio for the exact price and then they've asked us to allow £10000 for flight. Hotels for the month etc.
After raising for the hydropool it's such another huge amount to raise and we want to thank everyone who's already donated to help alexia walk and come to her events.
We are aiming to get the operation when alexia hits 4 years of age. Alexia is so lucky, there's not many children who get lots of Hydrotherapy and physio before and after her op. The hydro pool is going to help her rehab tremendously.
If for any reason alexia cannot have the operation the money will be spent on private physio and equipment.
Thank you for taking the time to read her page and thank you xxx
