Help Abra Transition

Hi, I'm Jade and I'm Abra (Abby)'s partner. 

Abby suffers from extreme episodes of depersonalization due to her dysphoria about her Adam's Apple and genitals. The only way for her to feel completely whole and at peace with her body is to pursue gender confirmation surgery. 

But those surgeries cost a lot of money. More than we can dream of having right now. And so I need help. 
As of right now, these are the procedures we need to be able to pay for. 

-Facial Feminisation Surgery or FFS
   -Specifically
        -a trachea shave

-Gender Confirmation Surgery
     -Specifically:
        -the Jess Ting method for neo-vaginal sexual reassignment surgery

Cost Breakdown - Please note that these are simply estimates
-$18000 for gender confirmation surgery
-$6,000 for trachea shave
-$3600 for appointment deposit
-$4500 for Travel and Hotel for Abby and me (She will not be able to take care of herself during recovery)
-$3000 After Care and Sustainability until she can return to work/ about 2-4 months (She doesn't get Paid Time Off)

Where does the money go?

The money stays where it is until it is time to start paying for procedures and afterwards it will go into a health savings account used only for the purposes of financing these surgeries so as to ensure that any and all contributions go straight to where they were intended. 

We realize it's a lot.
