My name is Naty. I am 41 years old. I have 3 beautiful boys, They are 16, 11 and 5 years old. I would like to share a little bit about my story. I had been in excruciating back pain for about 4 years and was no longer able to work because of it. Through my employer at the time, they sent me to various doctors and therapy and no one could find the reason for my pain. During this very difficult and confusing time in my life, my husband decided to leave our family and go his separate way abandoning me and our boys to fend for ourselves. As a single mother, I struggled to raise them alone and at the same time deal with my unknown condition. Finally, after going to yet another Doctor, I was finally diagnosed with stage 4 Kidney cancer this past July. I had surgery to remove my right kidney on July 30, 2013 but unfortunately, the cancer has metastasized to one of my lungs and part of my chest. I have currently undergone 4 rounds of chemotherapy and have 3 more to go. I have turned to God for his guidance and have made the decision to stay strong and keep a positive attitude for my children. I am asking that you please help me as expenses have become overwhelming and I am going through financial hardship.
