Raise money for Django's surgery
Donation protected
Django is an amazing family pet, friend, and therapy dog who will celebrate his second birthday in March...and his parents recently found out that he has a cancerous tumor. He will be having surgery on January 10 to remove it and then to test it, but the cost is high for their young family. Anything helps. These are wonderful people, who would do anything for anyone who needed it.
They won't ask for help, but they can't do it alone. Prayers, well wishes, and donations no matter how small are appreciated so very much.
The first $1500 will be used for tumor removal and initial biopsy/testing. We are hoping to be able to help with most of his follow-up treatment as well.

Hi friends, we would like to share some unfortunate news we received today. We recently found a lump on Django’s neck. We took him to get it looked at thinking it was a blocked saliva duct or overactive thyroid. He’s been his happy and hungry self so we originally weren’t too concerned. The vet took a sample and called today with results. Django has a Mast Cell tumor. This tumor is cancerous and can spread aggressively depending on the stage and level of the tumor. Django has surgery on Thursday to have it removed. If luck is on our side, it will be a low stage tumor and hopefully has not spread. We will not know more until they remove the tumor and do further testing. We are shocked and scared for our boy. This cancer often is found in dogs 8 years old and up, and is rare to find in young dogs like Django who hasn’t even had his 2nd birthday. Please send luck, prayers, and good vibes our way as we enter this battle❤️
