Help Zyphyr visit his Dad in the Hospital

As many of you know, Zyphyr's Dad, Brandon, was hospitalized due to undiagnosed Diabetes. He went into a diabetic coma, spending 9 days in the ICU, on a ventilator and dialysis. Brandon, recently woke up but still has a long complicated road ahead of him and will be hospitalized for some time. He will be on dialysis, along with a insulin pump and port, and disability for life.

 

We were just notified yesterday, that Zyphyr could now visit his Father in the hospital. The medical staff told us not to come before, since it would be too traumatic for Zyphyr, to see his Father in that condition.

 

I am frantically trying to navigate finances, school, work, pet care and more, so that we can get onto a plane ASAP, and reunite us after such a tragic and life changing event.

 

We are looking for support to purchase plane tickets, rental car, and food, while in California. We have a place to stay with friends, so we will not be needing any accommodations. Also, this can be helpful to offset any child support Zyphyr will not be able to receive in the upcoming months due to his Fathers condition.

 

It takes a lot to have to ask for help, so, thank you for considering helping us reunite and heal our family.
