<div>My brother is a proud father to a wonderful 8-year-old boy and a 4-year-old princess. He’s happily married to his extraordinary wife, and together they were pursuing their life dreams—until 2023, when he was diagnosed with synovial sarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer.

<div>This diagnosis has turned their lives upside down. His dreams have now been reduced to the simplest yet most profound ones: raising his children and taking care of his family.

<div>After undergoing surgery and chemotherapy, a glimmer of hope appeared on the horizon. In August 2024, a groundbreaking new gene therapy was approved. This revolutionary treatment offers a potential way out of this nightmare. However, accessing such advanced therapies—whether in the US or elsewhere—comes with significant costs, many of which are not covered by standard insurance policies.

<div>While he’s done everything he could to fund this himself, the total cost exceeds what he can manage within the limited time available. And so, I’m reaching out to the kindness and generosity of the community, hoping to bridge the gap with your help.
