I'm Zoey, a 40 year old transgender woman who is in need of some feminising surgeries.<br /><br />The NHS service for transgender people is very limited in what it offers, and transitioning at an older age means my body has a lot of physical traits that do not match my gender. <br /><br />Unfortunately I'm not in a financial position to self fund these surgeries and cannot see a time when I will be. <br /><br />Reaching out was something that I discussed with many of our family, friends and online community, and this was recommended as a viable way to raise funds to cover treatment for. <br /><br />Ideally I would love to raise enough to cover the vast majority of them, but realistically right now hope I can raise enough for facial feminisation surgery. <br /><br />Thank you in advance to anyone who feels they can offer any support at all, it is all hugely appreciated.<br /><br />Please feel free to follow my journey on our Instagram @ourtransitionallife

<div>Now at nearly halfway to my ffs target of 15k, I feel there is such a long way still to go. At this point I am re prioritising surgical options and looking into a breast augmentation as my first surgery. This will give me so much more confidence in myself and take away some of the dysphoria I face on a daily basis. After this I will continue to fundraise and save to cover the cost of ffs.
