Zek and James are my energetic boys, ages 7 and 8, who have recently come back into my care. Both of them have ADHD and are always full of energy, which makes having a safe and fun place to play outside especially important. After spending time in a small two-bedroom apartment, we finally have a backyard, but right now there’s nothing for them to play with. I want to give them the chance to be kids, run around, and enjoy the outdoors instead of being stuck inside watching TV.

A swing set would mean the world to Zek and James. They’ve always wanted one, and swinging is one of their favorite things to do. I remember how much having a swing set helped me bond with my own sister growing up, and I want to create those same special memories for my boys. This fundraiser will help me give them a safe, joyful space to play, burn off energy, and build a stronger bond together.

I am proud to share that I have been clean and sober for three years. I work full time and am also a full-time student, doing everything I can to give my kids the best life possible. Financially, things are tight, but I am determined to create a happy and healthy home for Zek and James.
