Help Zane Live the Happy Life he Deserves

Hello everyone! My name is Nicole and I am the proud owner of Zane the dobie! Zane is an 8 year old Doberman Pinscher who was recently diagnosed with diabetes, heart-worm and a urinary track infection.
If you know me, you know my pets are my absolute life and I would do absolutely ANYTHING for them. I have cried for days, because of everything going on with his health. I would be SO grateful your help to provide Zane with the happy and healthy life that he deserves. If you know Zane, you'd know that he is the biggest sweetheart ever. Many people are afraid of him, because of his size which makes him sad because all he wants is for you to pet in between his ears and tell him what a good boy he is!
Zane's vet and technicians have nothing but compliments about him and always tell me what a sweet and loving boy he is. He is so happy and always making goofy faces at me when I take pictures of him. Since he's been sick, that loving face has turned into sadness and pain. I can't stand to see him hurting.
Backstory:
About a month ago, we noticed that Zane was starting to lose weight. We figured that since we introduced a new dog to his environment he might be stressed or not eating right, because the other dog was stealing his food. We put him on a new high carb diet, but noticed he was still losing weight.
Zane was bitten by a spider which left a big gash on his swollen paw so I took him in to get that and his weight issue checked out. The vet explained it was something most likely pretty serious and we had to do several tests and treatments within the past week that has set me back over $2,000.
I don't have the funds to continue with the vet visits, the life-long medication, the life long treatment, the X-rays, etc. This is where I need your help. The funds will go towards paying his medical expenses, medication, prescription dog food, check ups, etc. Zane is the most amazing dog ever, the most loving and the most well behaved. He doesn't deserve to be sick, he deserves to live a happy and healthy life. I would be forever grateful if you could donate or share the link to others.
