Help ZACK Post Spinal Fusion Surgery!

Hello All-

I’m starting this page for my brother Zack who just had a level 2 spinal fusion surgery on 10/21/20. He ended up having his L4 & L5 discs removed then having his spine fused back together. His back problems came as a result of working in the roofing industry. He currently is not working and undergoing a workman’s compensation case where of course his company denied any responsibility. 

My brother is now slowly recovering, but on top of recovering has the stress of having $0 income as he is now not receiving unemployment. He has approximately 6 months until he can fully recover and find a new career. 

The funds would be used for basic necessities as in rent, food, bills, and pain medication to get him through the first 4 weeks of recovery.
