Help Zach get life changing surgery

For two years now, Zach Melcher has suffered with debilitating jaw pain.   He can barely open his mouth to eat or speak, and when he does, he is in excruciating pain.

After seeing several specialists and seeking alternative treatments, it was discovered that the discs in his jaw are completely out of place and the only way to remedy the situation is surgery.  

Despite having insurance, his claim has been denied.  His health insurance considers it to be a dental issue and refuses to cover the surgery.  His dental insurance has denied the claim as well.  Therefore, his family is faced with paying the full $25,000 for the surgery, with $7,500 cash due up front.  His family is not in a financial position to pay for the surgery, which is the only thing to help him live pain free again.
