Thousands of healthcare workers in Missouri are facing a very trying time mentally, emotionally, and sadly financially. Whether this is due to personal medical concerns, religious objections, or moral objections, healthcare workers all across Missouri are facing financial hardship. Healthcare workers across the spectrum are having to make tough decisions for their employment.

Those with small children are having to travel across the state or country to seek employment. Dedicated healthcare workers who have practiced in the same area for the majority of their careers are being required to sacrifice all of their hard work and effort to start over somewhere new. Some are looking at financial hardships that are requiring them to move, give up beloved pets, and make sacrifices that they never should be forced to make.

 

These healthcare heroes have been in this fight, serving on the frontlines, risking their physical and mental health. A lot have dedicated overtime, missed holidays, birthdays, and weekends to serve their communities in their greatest time of need. These wonderful people were there when this country needed them the most. Now it is time to take a stand for them.
