Yolanda is one of the most dedicated employees at Comprehensive, and she gives her all to her clients and coworkers in many different teams at the company. Her genuine concern for her clients' well-being shows in everything that she does to help them.

Right now, Yolanda and her family are struggling with multiple significant medical concerns. Yolanda herself has a severe personal medical condition, and her 11 year old son suffers from a rare eye condition. The cost of the medical bills for both of them continue to increase, and Yolanda has been forced to make the impossible choice of whether to cover her own treatment or that of her son.
