<div><strong>Update from 1/13/26</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Hello friends and fellow supporters of this amazing family. As funds in Gaza go fast, we are trying to raise more funds to help this family. THANK YOU so much for everyone who helped raise the last amount that we sent to Yehya and his family on 12/3/25. (See that update below) Daily necessities for a larger family are expensive; shelter must be bought, and everyone is trying to stay warm and dry in the wet, winter weather that Gaza is currently in.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Yehya informed me today that life is very difficult for them. We know how everyone's life in Gaza has been for the past few years since this new onslaught has begun on October 7, 2023 (and longer still with the occupation controlling Gaza). I let Yehya know to always let me know what they are going through to help build views on videos and donations and he never has a lot to share. He has said before that there isn't anything really left to say - just that his family needs help. He is a humble man who just simply wants to take care of his family. So, I know when he mentions simply this below:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>"I need you to update: Life is very difficult here due to the wind and rain; the tents were torn and blown away by the strong winds"
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>that he REALLY needs our help. Yehya has mentioned that he wants to try and find employment in Gaza to not continue to need to accept donations forever - but jobs are currently VERY difficult to come by. We are family now and this is what family does. We give and we do whatever we can to help one another.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please continue giving what you can and sharing this post to others. Please help us raise funds so that Yehya and his family may find themselves warm and dry.

<div><strong>Update from Yehya (words by Emily) - 12/3/25</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am so very grateful for everyone that has able to help Yehya and the rest of the Ibrahim Family. Thanks to YOUR generosity, we were able to send Yehya the last chunk of funds that has been building up - $1954!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>As awesome as that is, there is a fee in transferring funds to accounts of people in Gaza and everything is expensive; so that money will not go far, especially for a whole family.... My friend and his family are still residing in tents as the cold and rainy season has hit the area. Yehya has also mentioned that tolls to collect fees have been built up, even in the areas that have been desolated. Simply moving around to provide for food and water is still becoming worse and worse. People in Gaza have been trying to find work to provide for their families, but those opportunities are found via connections and are rare.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Yehya and his family STILL need us. Please continue to share his message and donate whenever you are able. You are saving lives and helping a family.

<div><strong>Update from Yehya - 6/5/25</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>"Please help save my family from the catastrophic situation in Gaza. We live in the worst days: hunger, bombing, destruction, fear, price hikes, violence and theft. Every dollar makes a difference.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I launched this fundraising campaign to help my family and I survive this humanitarian crisis. Even a small donation can go a long way! &lt;3"

<div><strong>Update from Yehya </strong>- <strong>3/19/25</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>"Write about the return of the war and the displacement again and the difficulty of obtaining food because of the closure of the crossings for a month."
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>After a minor reprieve, if one can call it that at all, Israel resumed its war on Gaza. From what I believe, in many places in the Gaza Strip, the bombing had never even ceased. Yehya and his family had returned to the area of their home, but they have had to since return back to the tents, where they had spent so much of last year. Food and supplies are even more scarce as Israel closed the crossings and denied aid into Gaza yet again, at the beginning of the month. It has been nearly 3 weeks since any aid has entered Gaza.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Everything is extremely expensive, and funds are needed to support the family now even more than ever. Please consider donating or share to find others who can help.

<div><strong>Update from Yehya - December 25th, 2024</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Today I am talking to you while we are exposed to a very cold polar depression, where the world is celebrating and dancing because of the arrival of the winter season because it has a special taste in terms of the seasons, and we are here suffering and sad about this season because it is not in our homes and we feel the bitter cold and there is not enough food to feed our children so that they feel warm. We have become urgent. So much for helping us because we cling to hope and our hope is based on you. I hope you all help me and my children so that I can provide for them what I can and protect them from the extreme cold. I hope everyone helps my family.... Thank you all

<div>‐-----------
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are still raising funds to help Yehya and his family in Gaza in anyway, whether that means building up funds for his family's evacuation or their eventual rebuilding up of their lives again, in Gaza.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Yehya is raising money to help 11 family members cross the border; 2 are his young cousins. Their names are Ibrahim, Ragaa, Deyaa, Nahed, Mohamad, Sameh, Nahla, Nevin, Ameer, Amera &amp; himself.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Yehya has lost his home, workplace &amp; everything he owns due to the occupation bombing. His family now lives in harsh conditions, just trying to survive, with only the shelter of a cloth tent, throughout the chill of nights and the heat of the day. The following are Yehya's words.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I am Yehya Ibrahim from Gaza. Due to the war, I and my family consisting of 11 members were forced to move from our home in the North of Gaza to Rafah in the South. We are a family with limited income and because of the cessation of work and the increase in expenses, living has become difficult in my country. In light of the high prices and the loss of some necessities for life, we live with deficiencies. I started fundraising to rebuild our home, not only for me, but because there is no shelter for my family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>I ask you to Please Help so that I and my family can continue to live in peace, and so I will be able to provide a normal means of life for them. Please consider helping by donating and sharing our story. Your support means the world to us."

<div>Below is a video update from Yahya from February 25, 2024: a first-hand video of what currently occurs DAILY in order to get any amount of food in the area that he and his family are located in. He wants to show a glimpse of what life is like for those in Gaza currently and he hopes people get a true picture of what the occupation is doing to the people of Gaza.

<div>Below is a video update from Yahya from February 29, 2024: first-hand video of the daily struggle to get water. Every family is permitted to have 20 liters of water a day - less than 5 gallons a day for a whole family to drink and cook/clean with.

<div>The following is a bit about who is overseeing the Fundraiser and providing the funds to Yehya and his family.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>"My name is Emily Suydam Marron and I am located in Colorado, USA. I was asked by my friend, Yehya to help him with this GoFundMe Campaign. All donations will be given to Yehya and his family directly via Paypal; the current amount has already been given to Yehya (Receipt of delivery on April 5, 2024, in the Updated note). Since October 2023, I have been trying to assist those in Gaza in any way that I can. I have been educating myself about what has happened in the Middle East since 1948 (and before), along with donating what I can and sharing the stories of others to raise awareness for the Palestinian people.
