<div>Mr. Wudneh Tolcha Jiru, a devoted father of five young children, is facing an unimaginable medical crisis. After years of living with diabetes, Wudneh is now battling two life-threatening complications: both of his kidneys have failed, and he is rapidly losing his vision due to severe diabetic eye disease. He currently undergoes dialysis three times a week just to stay alive, and his wife has courageously volunteered to donate one of her kidneys in hopes of saving his life. However, the cost of the transplant, along with emergency eye surgery to preserve his vision, hospital care, travel, and post-operative medications, is far beyond what the family can afford.
