HER House Works empowers women in construction while providing essential home repairs to families in need — building stronger homes, brighter futures, and more inclusive communities.

Our vision is simple: A future where women thrive in construction careers, families live safely in well-maintained homes, and communities grow stronger through shared skills and support.

We are an all-female volunteer community contruction crew. Together, we use our skills — and our passion for learning — to repair homes for families who otherwise couldn’t afford it. From fixing broken steps to repairing leaky roofs, we believe no family should live in unsafe conditions.

Why We Need Your Help Now

We’re in the early stages of building Women Build Together, and your support will help us cover the most important startup costs:

• Basic setup: registration fees, insurance, nonprofit paperwork

• Tools & safety gear: drills, saws, hammers, hard hats, gloves, safety goggles

• Pilot repair projects: materials for our first 3–5 families in need

• Volunteer training & outreach: so more women can join, learn, and lead.
